What you will receive:
* Your statement will be sent to you monthly via e-mail.
* Upon request, you can receive past invoices/statements by e-mail at any time.
* Receive daily invoices at a set time each date (Optional).
* Copy and paste transactions directly into your financial software.
* All files are in printable Adobe PDF format.
* You do not need to sign up for both statements and invoices, if you do not wish to receive both. Let us know and we will enroll you in one or the other.
* There is no cost for the service.
How does it work?
When you sign up to receive statements by e-mail, we will take your name off of the regular statement mailing list. Your statement will run with the others, but instead of going out in the mail it will automatically be sent to your e-mail account. As mentioned above, you can also e-mail, or call in requests to receive PDF format copies of prior statements and/or invoices from past months/years at any time.
If it is not already installed on your computer, you will need to get a free copy of Adobe Reader.
Adobe Reader is available for all versions of Windows, and most versions of the Macintosh OS.
